Do you charge extra for vehicles with excessive dirt or dog hair?
Yes, for vehicles that are extremely dirty like on site work trucks or suvs that have travelled Australia or vehicles that have a large amount of dog hair, there is a surcharge to cover the extra labour required to get an awesome result as vehciles in this condition require 1-2 hours more work on average. For a rough pricing guide its usually $50-$100 extra depending on condition. Do you offer mobile detailing services?
Yes, i only offer mobile detailing and can service all of Melbourne.

Do we charge a call out fee for Mobile service?
No call out fees are charged for bookings if you are inside of Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne

How do I pay?
Payment is to be made on site as soon as the job is completed.
Payments are made by CASH/CARD/PHONE TAP we will have an eftpos terminal.
Receipt/tax invoice will be issued on site, We DO NOT hand out invoices that are paid later.
How long does it take?
The service takes from 2-6 hours for the detailing packages
Do we charge extra for SUV’s and Utes?
Yes, for large SUV’s/Trucks/7 seat vehicles like Landcruisers, Range Rovers, Wildtracks, Discovery’s etc will be charged differently, to cover the extra labour needed to complete the works.
Large people movers will have to get quoted a custom price, please contact us for a quote.
What do I need to provide for a mobile detail service?
All you need to provide is access to electricity and water.
How do I book?

Can we fix dents and deep scratches?
No, we don’t fix dents,
A cut and polish will revive the surface and remove those swirls and light scratches or paint transfers you can see in the paint, this will leave your paint looking glossy and new again but any scratch that has gone through the clear coat and damaged the paint will not be able to be polished out.
When we detail your car we walk over the car before we start and explain which scratches will come out and which ones wont and the result is always impressive, the paint looks new again.
What days do we work?
Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 5pm
